But first, let me give you a little heads up when it comes to your training:
In order to GET STRONGER we need to DECIDE we want it, create a SIMPLE PLAN and then get in ACTION MODE ....and STAY there, CONSISTENTLY
For that, we need to take our first baby step, and then keep going.
It doesn't take a huge program, a gym membership or a lot of equipment to get in touch with your baby badass.
When we first get in action mode, it's like we are saying to our inner baby badass:
Hold my beer, I'm DOING IT THIS TIME!
WATCH ME!😈
That's a great feeling! And that's exactly what I want you to feel right NOW.

Now...be with me here for a second with your imagination.
Imagine you have decided you want to be strong, to work out consistently, be on Team You again and feel how it makes all the other parts of you and your life easier to deal with as well.
Imagine you already HAVE the simple plan ready, the one that allows you to start really small and build your strength, stamina and self care over time.
Because you are done talking yourself down and playing small. Done putting everyone else first, but letting yourself go. Done procrastinating, ruminating without action.
You really need that strength, and so does everyone around you!
So it's no longer a matter of: Should I work out or should I watch a movie?
No, it's much simpler than that.
You need to find a way to take care of YOU, NOW.

I know, I know. It feels so hard to start, and to even know where to start. I've been there, too. Yup!
But the good news is that it doesn't have to be massive, and it can actually be quite FUN.
And you can do both; work out AND watch that movie. It's not all black or white.
You are closer than you think, my friend! As a matter of fact, you're only a baby step away from it. Or should I say, you're only a Tabata away from meeting that inner baby badass .
